Symptoms
When accessing the App Portal site after an upgrade the following error might be encountered:
HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized
You are not authorized to view this page due to invalid authentication headers.
Cause
This errors occurs if Windows Authentication within Internet Information Services (IIS) is disabled
Resolution
To resolve the issue, Open the Internet Information Services Manager and enable Windows Authentication on the ESD site on the App Portal Server.
