Answer:

There are two workarounds which will resolve the issue:

  1. Upgrade to the latest version of AdminStudio 2022 and activate the product with the same code as that of AdminStudio 2021 R2/AdminStudio 2021 R2 SP1.

  2. Download and install the setup for InstallShield 27.0. Launching the InstallShield 27.0 should work without any issues.

    Note: Please raise a new support ticket to get the setup for InstallShield 27.0
