In Installshield some of the features like "ODBC Resources" under "System Configuration " and "MSI Debugger" under "Additional Tools" doesn't load.

Symptoms:
Clicking on ODBC Resources under System Configuration in Installshield editor does not load and gives an error message "Element not found".

Diagnosis:
 The issue seems to exist because of the corrupt installation.

Solution:
Repairing of AdminStudio Setup should resolve the issue.
