Symptoms:
Encountering 500 error when trying to log into AdminStudio Web Components/Adminstudio Enterprise Server
Diagnosis:
The ASP.NET State Service was stopped in the Services window.
Solution:
Need to start the Services:
In order to start the service, please use the following steps:
1. Click Windows+R on the Machine where AdminStudio Web Components is being installed.
2. Enter services.msc text and click on OK button.
3. In the services window, Double click on the ASP.NET State Service
4. Select "Automatic" from the Startup type dropdown.
5. Click on the "Start" button and then click on OK button.
Now try to launch the "AdminStudio Web Components".
Adminstudio Web component should be up and running without any error.
