Step not going to 100% even though all tasks checked
We have a custom workflow, and even though we have checked all of the boxes, it is sitting at 84%. If we add additional steps and completed them, it gets up to 87%. How do we go about troubleshooting this issue?
Most likely not all of the Process Assistants are checked off for the associated workflow. Each and every check-box in the process assistant MUST be checked off in order to advance from the packaging phase, even if they're not to be done.
