I have been attempting to repackage Java 1.3.0-C, on a Windows XP Pro machine, and I am running into a minor glitch with my package.

While Java does appear to install the way I want it, the control panel application (or trying to run the C:\WINDOWS\system32\plugincpl.cpl file), nothing happens.

Any idea how to correct this?

what do you see in the event viewer? I had a problem where i would load Oracle client that was using Java Installer and it would always crap out on systems running P4. If this is your case, let me know and i will dig out my notes on how i fixed that.

Nothing shows up in the event viewer.

All that happens when I click on the control panel app, is an hourglass icon for a few seconds, then nothing.
The PC does not hang or anything.
