Usage Intelligence collects usage data from each and every client in your install base. Once the client syncs with the server, data from that client is available for reporting in real-time, usually within a matter of seconds, including full client profile details.
The Usage Intelligence reporting engine generates reports based on the full data set and does not make use of data sampling techniques. This ensures that the reports reflect all client data available on the server when the report was generated.
