I've purchased a license for Installshield 2008 Express and have been given a link for download. However, when I login to download the software I'm just presented with a tiny popup browser window that reloads for a good while and then presents the login page again, no file download. This happens on both WinXP/IE6 and Redhat/Firefox. After only 5 tries, I'm locked out of the download page and I've already had 5 new tries after help from a sales consultant, so I can't keep trying different things. After emailing the sales consultant back and forth, he told me he couldn't help me and forwarded me to the support, I sent an email to installshieldsupport@macrovision.com with no answer for two days. The reseller that sold me the license in sweden can't give me any support for this problem either. So how am I supposed to obtain the software that I've payed for?
