small Update issue in InstallScriptMSI Project

1.) I am facing the issue on update installation.
- My Product version is 2.5.1, Project type is InstallScriptMSI project
- I prepared small update installation with DLL, Exe and .ini file chages,
- DLL and EXE files are not updated on small update.

2.) How to Set Always Overwrite property to yes in Dynamic File Link?

Please help for the same?
