setup.exe doesn't run
I have an issue where I can't get setup.exe to run. I double click and it seems to start for a second, but then "nothing". The same setup works on other systems, so I believe it's environmental. I verified that I am a member of the the local administrator's group and I have disabled virus software. Anyone have any other ideas?
Thanks
Joe

Suggestions for diagnosis, if not resolution...
You might try running it in a command window and seeing if any error messages are spit out in that environment that might not be seen otherwise. Also, check your Event Log in the computer manager to see if there are any useful messages there.

Thanks for the suggestions. I should have added to my original post that I did try the command line and got nothing back. I also checked the event viewer and there is a message that it is starting but no error messages.
Thanks
