"Existing Instances Detected" with one-click installer hosted in IIS

Hi ,
I have created a one-click installer with Installshield 2010 . When launched the setup.html from the local harddrive, it ran perfectly.
When i hosted on IIS, i am facing error(attached).
Immediate response will be of great help.
We need to download and run automatically and hence i have used the on-click installer.
