"Error applying transforms. Please check if the Transform paths are valid" error
Hi,
I have a complex setup that works just fine till I add .NET framework 4 as a Setup Prerequisite.
Even when .Net does not get installed(when it is already there) i still get the error "Error applying transforms. Please check if the Transform paths are valid" at the start of the setup.
Is there anything specific I need to do after adding .NET as prerequisite?
Any help appreciated.
Regards,
Siddhant Kulkarni

as the associated pre requisite of the files installed previously have changed it thinks that that ther should be other file that has pre requite as 4.0.which it searches for and it fails to find so..

Is there any solution to this problem?
- I pointed to my current transform file through registry and it worked fine.

->Which "file" is it looking for?
