"Error Adding Visual Basic 6 Runtime object"

When I start a new project and get it to scan a Visual Basic 6 Project for dependencies I get the error message "Error Adding Visual Basic 6 Runtime object". it does this if a start the project as both a install script and a VB 6 Wizard.
