"Build UTF-8 Database" in release options not working?
I have 3 folders (Russian, Chinese and Japanese help files) that are dynamically linked into my basic msi project.
Every folder has more then 2500 files, therefore the choice for dynamically linking of the files.
Every folder contains 2 files with unicode characters in its filename:
Short after starting the setup, in the costfinalize custom action, I receive an error:
I thaught that enabling the option "Build UTF-8 database" would fix this problem but it doesn't.
When removing those 6 files out of the build, the setup works fine.
Any idea what is going on here or what I'm missing?
(logfile also attached)

Anyone?
What could be the reason for the error?
And why is it pointing to the windows directory?
