progress bar display problem
Hi,
i am creating basic msi project which has many deferred custom actions.
Since these custom actions executes many scripts it usually takes time in the installation.
while installing the progress bar goes to the end of the dialog almost 100%(bcos immediate actions are completed) and then deferred actions are started.
Is there any way to control the progress bar status when deferred actions are
executed?
Regards,
mani

You can control the progress bar for some types of actions, though it's a bit tricky. Please see the MSI help topic "Adding Custom Actions to the ProgressBar" (and related topics) for more information.
