programs menu shortcut not removed on uninstallation

Hi All,
I have created entry in programs menu using the inbuilt functionality of installshield 2010 and it has installed fine but when i uninstall the product all the files are removed but shortcut is not removed from the start menu.

I have the same problem!

And the uninstall does NOT delete the exe file.

ps: I am using InstallShield 2010 and MSI Basic

Double check if the shortcut keyname has been correctly included in the RemoveFile table. Or doing a msi validation would likely to give you some clues.
