(older) Setupfile Is Unable To Find or Update ISScript8.msi can't be downloaded

Hi everyone. I had an old setup file that needs IsScript8.msi.
But it can't be downloaded anymore. The links i found on the pages below are all dead and can't find the file anywhere else
