Goto Installation designer -> media -> releases.
click on the Build tab.
here you can add the languages for the setup and also you can choose language dialog option.
In the dialog the deafult lang will be OS language.

while executing setup, i dont want to display the language dialog option. it should automtically display the dialogs based on the OS language. Is this possible?

yes, then uncheck the option "Dispaly language dialog". The setup will automatically launch in the OS language, if its included in the setup, otherwise it will launch in the default language.
