modifying INI files caused it to be deleted.
I have an install program which modifys an INI file by changing some paths in the file to match those chosen for the applications data during install. My problem is that after my most recent rebuild the only lines which are left in the ini file after modification are the ones specifying my application's data path.
I have not changed the way these entries are modified at all although another application which my setup launches does not take place first.
I have tried using while is file_exits filname =0 with no sucess in case the problem was that the files was still cached. Does anyone have any other ideas which may help.

How are you modifying the INI file? If you're using InstallScript, could you post the code you're using?
