isdev.exe crash - Install shield S 2009 premier SP2
Windows 2003 SP2 / Install shield S 2009 premier SP2 any ism file that I’m trying to open via the IS UI (same goes while using a script ) will cause the ISdev.exe to close "install shield 2009 premier will need to close"
Reinstalling / repair/ disabling DEP / disabling .net scan at build feature didn’t helped following error – any helped appreciated

I have tried exactly the same reinstall/repair/registry clean etc.!!!
Been in contact with Support for the 3 weeks now.
Sending event logs performance logs to Support.
Still same problem crashes with same error and closes down InstallShield???
Please help, I am getting a little impatient
