invalid serial

hello i have dowload an install installshield limited edition for visual studio and i have received the serial but when i submitted it day's that i have invalid serial "The serial number you entered does not appear to be correct.please check your entry" HELP

Can you please try removing any extra spaces before and after the serial key?
