internal build error -7180

This error does not seem to be documented anywhere that I can find.

doesn't even list the specific error as existing.

I am receiving an internal build error -7180 when building a basic msi project.
I am using a single chained MSI which is about 370MB, and I'm also attempting to add another 600MB of content to the MSI via the "application files"
The app files contains 600MB or so of content consisting of about 7,000 small files.

Neither of these 2 would cause the MSI to be over 2GB which I have read can cause problems, but this build error does not give any information as to where the problem is so I can troubleshoot.

Because the Flexera support is HORRIBLE and their documentation even worse I'll post the answer to this.

As far as I can tell this error is a result of using chained MSI packages and the MSI file name has spaces in it.
If you rename the MSI to not have spaces the 7180 build error goes away.
