installshield 2009

hi,
I select German language in project properties in installshield.
(user interface,dialog) : there is german ,english languge in dialogs.
but when I am run my setup ,my setup dialog come up in english.
how I set that setup come up in german,not english.

What did you specify in the releases settings for the build? Did you select a default language and that the languages dialog should be displayed?
