installsheild12 license issue

Hello.

We had purchased “FLEXNET InstallShield Professional Edition Version 12 for Windows” in CD format in 2015.

If we install InstallShield12 on a new PC and attempt to register the product,
the message saying “The entered serial number is invalid” pops up and it is not being registered.


The website macrovision.com seems to be closed,
so we are wondering if revenera, currently offering InstallShield can provide a solution.

Would you please let us know how to register the InstallShield12 product?
