installer generation package
Hello,
I used to generate installers using IS 12 previously but now i have the license for IS2010. The scripts (.ism) does not package the installers as it used to do in Is12. I get missing .msi files with the new installers I generate with IS2010. The size of setup.exe has increased so it seems that the .msi may be getting package in the exe itself. If so, then how can I bring it out at the top level so that during application installation it does not throw error about missing .msi file.
In short:
1. my scirpts are not working to produce the same set of package with IS 2010 (initially i usedf IS 12)
2. If .msi is getting packaged in the setup.exe then how to bring it out to the level 1.
Thanks in advance for any help that you guys can provide.
Sonam

How are you building from scripts? Using ISCmdBld or the automation interface, for example? Could you post your command line or script?
If you open your project in the InstallShield interface, are the release settings the same as before?
