install shield cannot extract icon with index 0 from file

Error 3 -3204: Cannot extract icon with index 0 from file D:\MsInApp\MsInApp\obj\Debug\MsInApp.exe. ISEXP : error : -3204: Cannot extract icon with index 0 from file D:\MsInApp\MsInApp\obj\Debug\MsInApp.exe.

It something has to do with Application shortcuts. Removing application shortcuts from Install shield error went away!
