how to solve "Resolution is equal to 800, this program requires VGA or better resol"?

Hi!

I am a new user.

I hava a problem and can't solve yet.

InstallShield is showing this error:
"Resolution is equal to 800, this program requires VGA or better resolution."

The Tablet PC is small like a smart-phon.

I tried many times but i could not solve.

Is there anybody to know how to solve this problem?

I am using this.
InstallShield2018R2Premier.exe
InstallShield2018R2PremierComp.exe

Hi!

The Operation system is below.

Windows edition:
" Windows Em bedded Standard
Copyright 2010 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
Service Pack1 "

System type: 32-bit Operating System.

Resolution : (480x800)


We are using "InstallScript Project" in the InstallShield.

The tablet PC is used to read Card in the major company.


Do you need more info ?

Hi,

As per the Installshield requirements, Windows Embedded Standard" is not mentioned in the supporting operating systems as well the required resolution.
Please check the requirement at the below link:

Hi!

Thank you for your reply.

I think It is same product between "Windows Embedded Standard" and "Windows 7".
I succeeded to install when i changed the resolution by connecting to a new big Monitor .
but it is not solution for us becuase we have to distribute automatically .
we can't install our security program manually for each machine becuase there are so many machines.

And I tried another product And it succeeded without any problem.
But we don't use other products becuase we have to learn how to use and control it. and we don't know whether it have every function that we want.
We are accustomed to use the InstallShield also. We hope We can use the InstallShield still.

so that i hope InstallShield can fix this problem.
Or they can give us some option.
