how to remove instance checking when installing the setup

Hi,

I am using installed shield 2009.
I created a setup using this install shield, when ever i launch the setup it is checking for new instance.
please check the images attached.
here i want to remove the overlapped images and show mobile image only or remove the screen which is checking for new instance and directly go to next screen.
Please suggest me what changes i have to do to resolve the above issue.
