Installshield 2010 - After upgrade - Not getting launched

We have Installshield 2009 and we recently upgraded after a lot of difficulties to 2010. It asked for installation of MSI pre-requisites and I installed it.

After that I am unable to launch the IDE no matter what i tried.

It always gets into the window with options to activate the Installshield. Once activated, it always closes. Relaunching also gets to the same window.
If I choose the Evaluation then also it closes.

I wonder if anyone else have a similar problem.

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the IS2010. Still its the same problem.

Clicking on ISDEV.exe -> Launches the window where we need to choose whether to activate the license or to evaluate the license. => Choose any of them -> Click NEXT -> ISDEV.exe closes, shuts down, No message now.

I am stuck. No reply either from the support incident.
