Is there a merge module for: 2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components
Also known as the Access Database Engine
(AccessDatabaseEngine.exe Ms Download site)

Or is it perhaps in MDAC 2.8 module?

I'm not sure if it is available in an existing merge module. In general these days, Microsoft seems to be releasing more redistributables as .exe files instead of merge modules. So, you might want to create an InstallShield prerequisite that launches the .exe installation at run time, and add that to your project.
