I don't know if this is the right place to post my question here. if not pleae guide me..
I have created my first windows forms application test program. and i have created a setup file for it using the installshield limited edition, the program is installed in the program files (86)anyname/programname.
here i have added a .sdf database file. but when i run the program I get the error Access to the database file is not allowed. can any one help me please and explain why i am getting this error..?
Since the .sdf file is being saved to the program files(86) the .sdf file doesn't have the writing access. I solved the problem by saving the .sdf in another location.
