in modify/remove/repair dialog box when user selects remove and clicks next button how to call a ask yes and no dialog box .

project type is basic MSI

Call an Installscript CA with condition _IsMaintenance = "Remove"
(This condition is also shown on the dialog behaviour view of the "Next" control.)
