I create a DoAction event,there is a "caCreateVRoots" in the argument list, What's the function of caCreateVRoots?

caCreateVRoots
Creates Web sites, virtual roots, and other items for an IIS installation.
This is a .dll custom action. The name of the .dll file is IISHelper.dll, and its entry point is CreateIISVRoots.

How to use it? I want to create virtual roots only.

That action works in conjunction with the view Server Configuration > Internet Information Services.
