Hello,
Please reactivate my license: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
This is really unfortunate to don't have option to reset it. What can I do when I encounter a computer crash? For your information I am not updating my maintenance contract because of such practice from your company which are really disrespectfully for loyal customers.
