XML Read Only

Hello.

My setup output XML files become 'read-only' after install.
In the primary_output properties I have overridden system attributes to do not mark files as read-only. It still does.
I also altered permissions to every user to have full control. Still no success, the installer marks always the files as read-only.

How can I solve this problem?

Hi There ,

The windows installer inherits the attributes from the source location from which it has been added so try by removing the read only attribute at windows level from where the files are added.

I forgot to mention in the first post. The source files are not read only.
