XML Changes Add/Delete Elemant

Hi,

Is it possible to conditionally Add or Delete an element with the XML File Changes.

I'm looking for the same functionality. I can modify and delete attributes all day long, but If I want to delete a node, I'm out of luck! Any advise on how do accomplish this?
