Wrapping outsourced .msi into setup.exe
I've been handed an .msi created in VS2005 by an outsourced developer. Is there any way I could simply make a setup.exe wrapper (so that I can add prerequirements) without starting from scratch and building the .msi in InstallShield?
This is a one-off project, never to be repeated, so I'm looking for a fast solution.

other background:
VS2005 lets me build a setup.exe to run some prereqs, but I need better control like in InstallShield. Plus, I need a single-file solution (.msi inside the .exe) and that doesn't seem possible in VS.
