Windows Installer Error 2762 - convert old project 11.5 to 2012 Spring

I have converted my Installshield project from Macrovision Installshield 11.5 to Installshield 2012 Spring. After build and try to install the program, I got the "Error 2762. Cannot write script record. Transaction not started." From knowledge base:

Open Custom Actions under the Define Setup Requirements or Define Setup Requirements and Actions view.

But I cannot find which custom action need be modified or corrected. Is anyone know how to fix this problems?

hi,
if you are converting an project from 12 or below you need to check the install script coustom action where you have used the msi get property.
