Windows Installer 3.x engine missing

Hello,
I have an InstallScript project that had the Windows Installer 3.x Enginer object. I opened the project today and it "is missing". I reran the InstallShieldInstallScriptObjects.exe and made sure the Windows3.x Engine was selected but the object is still missing in my project.

Any ideas? This project has been working fine and the windows installer engine has been in it until now.

I have a Windows Installer 3.x Object folder under Program Files\InstallShield\2009\ObjectsPro so why isn't it showing up in the IDE? :confused:
