Windows 8.1 Support

Hello,

I have installed Installshield 2013 Limited Edition and activated (by running TSConfig.exe) but is not showing up as a project type. I am using Visual Studio Express 2013 for Desktop and running Windows 8.1

I see in the help it only lists Windows 8 as a system requirement so I'm guessing there is no support for 8.1 yet?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Wil,

Unfortunately, InstallShield Limited Edition does not apply to Visual Studio Express Edition. It supports Visual Studio Profesional, Premium and Ultimate. However, there are no issues with Windows 8.1 and ISLE.

InstalShield Limited Edition 2013 with Visual Studio 2013 Professional has been tested on a Windows 8.1 machine and we found no issues.
