Why need to spend more time to wait after finishing uninstall?

Dear Sir:

I use Add/Remove Panel to uninstall, after pressing finish button, I
need to wait 1 minute that program will remove from the Add/Remove Panel.

Could I not wait for removing from the Add/Remove Panel after
pressing finish button?

Press F5 to refresh the Add/Remove Programs window.
