Where to get COM Extraction fix (IsRegInj.dll and Isregsvr.dll) for standalone build?

I have posted the update for this hotfix that includes the Standalone Build files. We will be updating the official KB article with these files soon.

As always, please make a copy of your original files before you replace them with the new ones.
