Where are string constants (identifiers) used?

In an ISM project, I use the string editor to find strings with a certain value I need to change. That's nice but before I can change it, I'd like to know where it's being used.

For instance, I have an identifier ID_STRING53. How do I figure out which properties reference this?

If the project file is in XML format, one way is to open the project in a text editor, say notepad.exe.
