What is the warning -6248 ?

Hello,

when compiling my installation a lot of these come up:

ISDEV : warning -6248: Could not find dependent file Microsoft.DirectX.dll, or one of its dependencies of component Application Libraries

How can I get rid of these messages?
I do not want the compiler to look for these dependencies every single time I build a setup. There is nothing in the help about a warning -6248.
