What Firewall Exceptions do I need to add to enable the Check For Updates function to

Hi,

I am running into problems when checking for updates for IS2008, along the lines of checking to make sure that I have an internet connection etc.

The only way I can get it to work is to disable my filewall completely.

I have tried adding exceptions for the following programs but it still wont work with completely disabling the firewall;

C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\UpdateService\agent.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\UpdateService\ISDM.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\UpdateService\issch.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\UpdateService\ISUSPM.exe

Am I missing an exception for some other exe?

Try installing the hotfix located in this KB article: http://kb.acresso.com/selfservice/documentLink.do?externalID=Q200250

See if that fixes your issue.
