Vista uninstall does not recognise Code Signing Certificate

I have made a Vista Setup using my Code Signing Certificate and it works fine.
But Uninstall says that an Unknown application trying to change the system
Should Uninstall recognise the application the same way Install does?

If this is the case, what's the point of code signing the installation? The main intention was to avoid the 'Unknown Publisher" message vis-a-vis your application? Now it appears that code signing only succeeds in preventing that message from appearing when the Program is installed. But despite all the effort of getting a digital signature, and code signing the application, that message is going to appear whenever your application is being uninstalled!!
