Vista Windows\Installer permissions
With the new update of Vista (within the last week) now displays a message that the install does not have permissions to create the msi file in the windows\installer folder and asks for another location.
Is there a fix for this?

It sounds like you may need to change the location of where your Setup.exe file caches the .msi file. This post explains how:
