VB Script after "finish"
Hi there,
I am trying to run a VB script after the user clicks Finish at the end of the installation. The way I do it is by creating a VB script custom action which is absent from the UI or Exec sequences. It is only called by an event attached to the "Finish" button (actually the button is called "OK" by default).
The script does not run, and I get this error message when the user clicks "Finish":
Error 2762.Cannot write script record. Transaction not started.
...any ideas

What are the action's settings? For example, the action must not be scheduled for deferred execution if you're launching it in the UI sequence, but instead should be scheduled for immediate execution...
