Upgrade not updating

I see various version of this, but I have an install with versions like 11.0.1.00 my major upgrade has new versions that are like 12.0.1.00 and they are not being updated. If I recompile and change the version to 11.0.2.00 for instance it is correctly replaced. What do I need to do to get this to work when I change the major upgrade number.

What are your major upgrade item settings? If you create an MSI log file and search around ISSetAllUsers and FindRelatedProducts, is there any more information about the product-version detection and suchlike?

On the Common tab I have products having another product code. On the advanced tab I attached a screen shot of what I have.

One other thing I'm wondering, could this have anything to do with the fact that the new modules are .net and the old ones are not?
