Upgrade message not displayed correctly

Hi,

i prepared an installer with supported languages English and chinese. I installed it on English OS. while installing i selected language option as english,it went well.

then i prepared the upgrade installer and did upgrade on english OS.
Initial popup message("this setup will perform upgrade...") and preparation dialog comes in chinese and then other dialogs are english.
why the intial dialogs are displayed in chinese?

can you check these steps i think it is help ful to you.

1) Can you create a log file .and chekc the log file where it is crossing the problem.

2) can you create the new .ISM file to upgrade the installer.

MSI log files did not contain log poup message of upgrade and initi dialog. It contains the log after that.

I could not get any control before resumedialog.

2) can you create the new .ISM file to upgrade the installer.

i cld not understand. can you explain this in detail?

from where. language for upgrade message is decided.any idea?
